  • SMS Messaging: We utilize SMS service providers to send you essential communications related to your account and the Services we offer, such as weather forecast alerts, account notifications, and one-time passcodes for authentication. We share only your mobile phone number with these providers solely for these purposes related to these core Text Me The Snow Services.

  • Email Messaging: Email service providers help us send important communications, including weather updates, account notifications, and other service-related information. Only your email address is shared with these providers for these specific purposes.

c. Mapping Services

If we deny your Rights Request, residents of Virginia and Colorado in the U.S. may appeal by replying to the denial email or submitting an appeal request to privacy@textmethesnow.com. Appeals will be reviewed, and we will provide a decision within 60 days.

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland have the additional right to file a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
